Love . Life . Motherhood
And the woman within it all.
A space for women navigating love, life, and motherhood without losing sight of themselves along the way.
We believe a woman should never have to disappear
to be loved, to navigate life's difficult seasons, or to make room for herself within motherhood.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE BELIEF
I know what it's like to become so occupied with showing up for a partner, being a dedicated mother, and navigating life's challenges that you don't always stop to consider your own needs, desires, and sense of self.
My journey has taught me that remaining connected to yourself isn't something you do after everything else is taken care of. It's something you learn to practice while life is happening.
That understanding became part of the foundation for Centered Woman Co.: the belief that a woman deserves to remain connected to herself through every relationship, responsibility, and season of her life.
Three places identity work shows up
We experience different versions of ourselves through our relationships, life's changing seasons, and motherhood. Each one shapes who we are while offering an opportunity to remain connected to ourselves.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Monique, founder of Centered Woman Co.
I'm a mother, a mental health counseling professional, and a woman whose understanding of identity has been shaped by love, motherhood, and life's unexpected challenges.
My experiences with marriage, raising a child, and navigating seasons that required more of me than I sometimes anticipated have given me a deeper appreciation for the many ways women grow, adapt, and redefine themselves throughout life.
Along the way, I've become increasingly curious about the parts of ourselves that can become less visible as our relationships, responsibilities, and circumstances evolve.
That curiosity, along with my personal and professional experiences, inspires what I hope to cultivate through Centered Woman Co.: a space where women can reflect on their experiences, explore who they're becoming, and recognize that their identities extend beyond the roles they fulfill.
